yesterday i was watching news channel in midnight.. one news from village of tamilnadu came which shake my mind for few minutes.. Gand mother and mother killed 6 days old twin sisters.
Reason behind it was that they were not able to sustain medical expenses . this is really shameful for india.. one part of india is making seamless progress and in the other side we are not having a system which can prevent such kind of incident.. are we going to in the direction of huge social imbalance?

Hi ,Recently I found one cadbury marketing strategy in India which I would like to share with you.

If you can recall advertise which is now being frequently played in our radio station and TV channels " Mitha hai khana AAk Pehli Tarikh Hai" .
:) Means Cadbury marketing strategy in India wants to get in root of our tradition.

Earlier if you can remember when we have first day of salary we bring some sweets to our home.Still most of family follow this tradition so, Cadbury has targeted this area now by its own creative marketing style..

Here I would like to give few more example of great cadbury marketing strategy in India.

Please Give me answer.
When you get pass what you do? ( we will have common answer "paide khilao", give sweets to all to express happiness) .. Remember the advertise "PAPPU PASS HO GAYA"
Now Cadbury wants our traditional sweets to its "Cadbury Chocolates" .>

Another one example of cadbury marketing strategy...

What you bring on Rakshabandhan?
what you bring on Diwali?

Again common answer "Mithai","sweets" ,What cadbury wants ? Cadbury want us to replace this "mithai" with "Cadbury celebration chocolates".

Their slogan is "kuch mitha ho Jaye" means when you want to eat sweets go for Cadbury :).

In College campus it is deep routed now.. people used to bet for dairy milks, 5-stars. Cadbury has linked its brand with Friendship day, valentine day, mothers day, fathers day and many other days.

I think we should keep eating cadbury chocolates but we should not let cadbury to replace our traditional sweets. But yes I admit that cadbury marketing skills are great.

This is just an attempt of explaining how cadbury marketing is affecting our cultural change. Nothing is written with personal interest.

where are we and what we are doing?

:) 2008 will remember for crackers of terrorist in all over India Jaipur,Ahmadabad, Delhi, mumbai,Bangalore. And for the greatest sensex fall .
Voice for patriotism is now over, all realize that we are living in a true hypocrisy. Huge number of people came at gate way of india shouted for our politics, system. All had feelings that india is really now changing . We are not planners now and we are executer too.
Then Election came and so as IPL too. People now forgot that memories, people who were shouting now busy to earn money, watching fedrer to win, critising dhoni for his captaincy.
some are worried about recent deflation and some are worried about interst rates.

I do not know where india is heading? But I know that I am also part of the same system and every day we are trying to fool ourselves.
why we show off the things which are never belong to us?
Even knowledge can not be shown off ... If I have knowledge ,then does it mean that it is belongs to me? :) If it is only belongs to me how it will help society (with out feeling of showoff :) )

Spending some time to orphanage and second innings can help some noble cause. Also few simple but effective things can be done such as blood donation, giving books to needy people.
India is heading to largest imbalance of money and wealth in the country.We who can think should think about it and try to balance the act . ( I believe all person only got this life to educate someone )

I am really looking for some constructive efforts in this path and soon will come with latest updates regarding nurtuing india :)

Life is running

I was not able to write blogs from last few months.. May be because of too work load or may be I was not able to manage my self better :)

now , life is going to fast , still discovering the meaning of it :) . we all friends are working together. sometime we all thing are we in the right path ? ( sometime unbelievable success makes you more suspicious ).

Learning all new rules of business everyday doing fair amount of honest job everyday . that is all going on..

In next week planning to have retention session for all lets nurturians ;)

I used to post fruitful posts but sometime its good to write anything what comes in your mind :D

anyway Microsoft launched BING new search engines , definitely it is more accurate and faster then Google ( As of now , do not know about future because we all know what is Google :D).

Lets nurture

This is the name what I used to murmur from last few years, Actually I am still in doubt will this name will work?
Or I should find better name? But so far it is well accepted . We would really like to have comment on it from you all who ever read this blog ..

For many reason it is not well accepted in local market because most of the people does not know the meaning of lets nurture.

Whenever I tell them that its "lets nurture" , they tell Ketan ?, what is this name is all about ?
:) And many time I find my self in difficult situation .Because I don't know how to explain :) ( May be my fault).

when you read this post .. you may wonder why ketan has written this post "lets nurture" ?:)

I know only 2 person have answer of it. Ketan and Hitendra parmar.

26 Feb- 3 months after Mumbai Attack

3 months passed from mumbai attack..

Kasab is no longer a head line of news paper or news channels.

Defense minister is now in back site and finance minister is in the lead to play role in political economy.

New packages, tax cuts are being announce daily due to forthcoming election.
Common people is afraid of financial terrorism faced because of ugly money manipulators.

And Indians now forget what happened at 26-11.....

I think people should never forget this incident its a huge attack on our politically driven,selfish system.

we want to secure future of our children ,parents but don't want to be bother about the country who will give this security :)

I just watched one movie Delhi 6 in last week, Movie has a good message "We all have blank monkey in their soul, we must have to burn this black monkey from our inner with in".

..... Please don't forget 26/11 incident and keep you brain ignited for our nation.

Bathroom Experience though provoking

Usually when I enter in to bathroom to take a shower and start a tap.As Waters pour in to bucket, same time lots of thoughts start titillating my mind.I am used to spend lot of time in bathroom.

I would like to share one incident that kept me thinking till I finished up with my shower.
After my thinking session at bathroom I just took a tub to start my bathing session,And I saw the tub which I took to clean my body was little dirty.I surprised with an anger how many days I have used this tub for bathing? and I stopped and start thinking one more serious issue.

We used to interpret our logic and take decision on the basis of the fact that we are gathering but what if our Tub is muddy,Will we ever able to take right decision?

News Paper we read, New we saw,Movies which use to enjoy,subject that we studied.We all know everything is bias in current situation.

After this thought I have decide not to take decision on the basis of one magazine or a news paper or TV news.We must have to raise an eyebrow on each every dubious situation.

Until we don't have clean Tub ,I don't think we can get cleaned.

Yes During bachelors I have never even seen what the tub is look a like.Have used more then 100 different tubs ( I was living in a hostel and My Bucket and tub was stolen in my first year after that I had never had a tub or bucket of my own :) ).
But after the 3 years of Bachelors , now life is really getting in shape.
Sense of responsibiity is growing inner within .....
